Terms of Service

1. I agree to commence paying the quoted amount once Brand Services fulfills it's promised level of service.
2. I understand that Brand Services is a consulting firm and thus cannot guarantee placement on third party search engines.
3. All contract terms are month to month and terminable by either party given one months notice.
4. I understand that Brand Services provides consulting services and will not hold Brand Services or it's employees responsible for any issues related to my business online.
5. All guarantees and warranties set forth by Brand Services shall not exceed the previous months billed amount in value.
6. For all monthly billed services, the first payment will constitute part/whole of a setup fee. All subsequent payments are for the previous month's services rendered.
